A consultation has started on major proposals for improving traffic flow on the A61 through the northern suburbs of Leeds. Proposals include provision of a major Park and Ride to be located on the opposite side of the main road to Leeds Grammar School site with special provision for buses to take commuters to the city centre.
Other proposals include plans to improve vehicle movements at the traffic lights in Harewood village, on sections of Scott Hall Road and along Harrogate Road en route to the city centre.
