The Civil Parish of Harewood is located on the northern boundary of the Metropolitan District of Leeds City Council. It comprises the residential area of Wigton Moor in north Leeds together with the village of Harewood and the Harewood House estate including the small hamlets of Wike and Weardley together with their surrounding farms.
Harewood forms part of two parliamentary constituencies Wetherby and Easingwold and also the constituency of Leeds North East.
