Harewood Council meets once each month. The meetings commence at 7:00 pm and are open to members of the public who may observe proceedings. Meeting are held alternately at Harewood Village Hall, Church Lane, Harewood or at Wigton Moor United Reform Church, High Ash Drive.
At the discretion of the chair, members of the public may be invited to make a short contribution about an agenda item of special concern to them.
Topics for meeting are designated in advance on the published agenda although councillors have the opportunity to inform the meeting of concerns that have been shared with them directly. The agenda for a forthcoming meeting will be published and made can be obtained through the link to the specific date shown on the meetings calendar for the year.
Minutes of Meetings are published on this site. They are available through the link on specific date for the meeting (replacing the previously published agenda). Normally they are posted soon after the meeting concerned and are therefore ‘unapproved’. Approval is made by Councillors at their next meeting when any required amendments to the minutes are made. Versions of the minutes on this web site will then be updated if necessary.
