Bridleway Diversion

Public Consultation

Do you walk, ride or cycle on the footpaths and bridleways in our area?

Harewood Parish Council has been consulted on a proposal to divert the bridleway that currently runs from the path alongside the River Wharfe, through Farfield Farm, to the Collingham road (A659).

You can view the full statement here:

The plans shown below are taken from information provided to Leeds Planning Department to inform consultation.

The start of the Fairfield Farm bridleway on the Collingham Road.

The bridleway leading to Fairfield Farm.

Where the bridleway diversion would start and go around the farmyard.

We would like to represent the views of the local community in our response to this consultation.  If you use this route or have any comments about the diversion or the type of materials proposed for the new path surfacing, please email Dr Kate Hill, Chair of Harewood parish Council: chair@harewoodparishcouncil.gov.uk  by 5:00pm on Thursday 10 March.

Your feedback is important, and we will ensure it is incorporated in our submission. We look forward to hearing what you think.
