Road closure on A659

Arthington Lane (between Harewood and Pool) will be closed from Black Hill Road to Rawden Hill for preparatory works to be carried out ahead of planned carriageway surface dressing next month.

A signed diversion will be in place along the A61 at Harewood into the roundabout at Pannal and then back along the A658 Harrogate Road in to Pool and vice versa.

The closure will be in place 09.30-15.30.

Advanced warning signs are already in place.

Waste Collection

Green and black bins are being collected as normal on the scheduled collection day. Glass banks are also being emptied as usual. However, brown bins are not being collected and recycling centres are closed.
